Here is an idea. What if the REAL official Members of the "Scion Cop" group are only allowed to reply to questions on this tread. You can ask Darren (Scion) the admin to create a "Scion Cop" user group in which you (the member) somehow would have to show your credentials to be part of the group. In my opinion this might work.... :D

Yes, I did write that police prosecute their own tickets as well as offer and accept plea bargains. It's up to the court to set a fine.

At the beginning of this thread, it was one of the most useful forums I've seen anywhere on the internet, honestly. I learned a lot of useful legal information and I give props to ScionCop for that; but this thread has just turned into a place for people to bicker about such stupid stuff, let's keep this thread what it was intended to be, people asking legal questions and ScionCop answering them, no more b****ing back and forth about stupid disagreements.

If there are other cops (real ones) who would like to input, then start your own thread, that's not to say you're not welcome here, it just gets confusing when two or three differant people are answering the same question with differant info. That way, we can ask the same ? to differant cops in differant threads so that we can get info from the source we choose, not just have a bunch of people who may or may not know what the hell they are talking about answer our questions, if we can't trust the answers we get, this thread won't help anyone.

Let's try to keep this forum from becoming useless. People who have real questions for ScionCop, keep on asking, and ScionCop, keep on helping us out.

For those of you who aren't helping at all, go argue in a Honda forum or somthing

Yeah..I think my friend Jeff Might be going to far with the 120...I know we did 110 and maybe 115 sometimes but 120??? I think the governor kicks in and it starts beeping....

As far as the troopers catching us....We actually only saw one Trooper "Shooting" with his laser...Luckily there was so much traffic that every car slowed down 5 minutes before we actually saw the trooper.... :D
