I know the one in the lexus sucks! When i worked for lexus of the lehigh valley it took them 4 tries to get the car to do it right.

It works rather well, actually... I'd say your dealer didn't know how to use it.

 

Maybe on the 08 but i know when i was there 6 months ago the technicians and sales staff had trouble with it.

 

I am soo friggin ____ed right now. bBist SUCKS! . I understand i signed for it and mounted it but for god sake when ur in business u dont just screw people like that do something little at least for them. There was a kid on here that this happened to with a spoiler and they said and did the same thing. Here is the -mail i got back after i sent them the pics of the hood.

Let me just tell you that you guys are an absolutely horrible company. A couple of my friends were going to buy a few things from you guys and I will make sure I spread the word about this. The quality of the hood is horrible and I am very unsatisfied by this. I wasn’t asking for a full refund just a portion of my money back because the hood is defective and I didn’t get the hood that was described on the website....the dent is from the manufacturing process not from shipping! I took it to numerous people and the all agreed that it was a manufacturing defect! I didn’t complain about the fitment but it is horrible one side sits flush with the fender and the other side sits an inch higher. Proffesional? I think not. Congradulations you now have a very upset customer. From what I have found at scionlife.com this isn’t the first time this has happened with you guys. Ill make sure to post a thread about this on there as well for scion owners to see. Thank You then again No Thank you!
