they say there is nothing wrong with it. BUT, they cant explain what she is feeling (2 service tech and a field engineer felt it). they say its normal. but couldnt get it to happen in 4 other cars (xA, xB, Carolla, Camry). the service manager at milham is a liar/bs'er,and wont return any phone calls. and me nor em or her family will prob ever own a toyota product again because of it.

they say its something with the vacuum in the brake booster system. When the car downshifts the brake pressure drops (THEY SAY ITS SUPPOSE TO DO THAT!) but here is what doesnt make sense...the vacuum is crated by the engine RPM...so when the RPM goes UP (whent he car downshifts), the vacuum should get stronger...not lose pressure...when presented with that question no one knows what to say/do and just shuffles threw papers for 5min and says "well its normal" biggest load of ____ ever.

hell was raised. nothing happened. really disappointed with the alot of things. The service managers tells us about a car they lemon'd because a trim piece in the dash kept falling off...yet here is emily with a brake problem and they BS her. the car is only 8mon old so she is still upside down on the loan or else i would have been gone already

milham hasnt even tried to fix it. 1st thing i would do is new brake fluid and pads but nothing. they wont touch the car.

Calm down there homie. If you read the last page, he was talking about the VW Lehigh Valley area people.

...Noticed you edited your post from what it said in Mikes quote.....
