jim is james still selling his rear and side skirts? whats he want for them and how bad are they really, i know they were screwed up before he took em off

 

they're really not that bad. i dont remember if he still has em or not. i'll check at the shop next time im there.

they werent screwed up that bad, the front has been gone, the sides are in really good shape, and the back needs some body work. I'm not sure if they went with the car or not though.

 

he had them up in the classifieds thats why i asked i know the sides were good the rear was my worry. ill buy a bumper new if i have to. i need a kit and new wheels and thats about all i feel like doing hehe

Jim, i went to the auto show yesterday...your new setup looks really nice bro! But i have to say (not trying to be a dick) your xB needs some serious paint work...its very faded an has swirls everywhere....

I dunno im starting to see scions budget cuts...i mean they didnt have a booth in the tuner salon like last year it was just the clearstar booth...

i know, its gotta go back into the detail shop and be cut n compounded, waxed polished and buffed. there wasnt enough time to get that all done.

....and it has over 50k on it since its a daily driver....

Well xB is going in this week for a new windsheild...a stone came up and hit my window on the highway on friday and i have like a 17 inch crack in it now..

 

me and bob where down at the autoshow yesterday. was a good time. i was happy to sit in the smart car. scary.

got all my parts installed and the intake whoosh noise is intoxicating. we put the springs on robs car with relative easy. took about 2 1/2 hours. ooh yea and i say cloerfield and i really liked it.

 

well, what a shocker....its monday and its snowing......somebody tell me why i got out of bed this morning......

i am slowly but surely falling in love with the smart. I sat in it, and was surprised at all the room i had in it. I really dont think it would be good for my commute though. My daily commute is about 60 miles, all highway, in traffic. the mileage is better for all city driving though.....

 

i agree. if i lived in downtown philly then maybe i would consider it. looking forward it felt just like emilys xA, but when you look backwards and see 6in between you and the guy behind you...eeh not so much. i also liked the mini clubman. more room then i expected. and i loved the brown color it was painted in.

and the audi R8 still makes me weak in the knees
