first of all yes i traded the GTI in about 1 month after the tint was done so i obviously didnt have time to bring it down. I wasnt bashing just wasnt pleased with the quality of work...i have had my xB tinted twice and i did not have 1 problem..not even a bubble. Being that it was known how far i live from there extra care should have been taken so i wouldnt have to worry about coming back. And it wasnt just one or 2 imperfections...every window was messed up..so if every window was messed up do you really think i trust you to do it again ...A couple imperfections happen but not all the ones I had.

sure did, if you remember I got a call from my co-worker at VW and he called me late to tell me he couldnt come in so i had to work...thats why i had to cancel...

First of all, I agree with the comment that no war needs to be started. Second, I have a hard time believing every window was screwed up. You may be exagerating just a little. Regardless, whatever the probs, we would have taken care of it. One unhappy customer is one too many.

Everyone pencil in Saturday, August 2nd on their car show calendar. Halterman's Scion in East Stroudsburg, PA is having its first official show on that date. It's the grand opening of their larger dealership building and lot. I'll keep ya posted on updates and details as they're relayed to me. :D
