i have seen it done before. a few times. look around on the SRT forums. i could be wrong but i think the chassis is very very similar is not exactly the same.

i know you said no honda, but in reality if you want to go fast for cheap thats your best bet. they weight the same as 3 or 4 Campbell's soup cans. there are tons and tons of parts. the problem is when your done it still will sound like a very angry weed-waker.

going to wrap up my intake with that stuff i think. when im racing the under hood temps get really hot and the intake plumbing gets so hot i cant touch it. i dont think that can be good for power. for $25 what the hell

heat insulation tape is on the way. hopefully it gets here before sunday. im hoping it will help with the heat soak problem i have.

 

Hopefully it does, it's meant to keep the heat insulated, not keep the cold in..so I guess you'll see.

 

i want to keep heat out. the air coming in depends on the outside conditions so i cant really control that.

 

I mean it's meant to wrap headers and exhaust to keep the heat in them, it's not meant to wrap something to keep the heat out so to say, but hopefully it'll work.

 

its not reflective or one sides or anything so it will work fine.

well looks like my modding days are over...

i have to pay WAY too much for student loans so im pritty much done modding for now.. gonna try and finish the sub boxes with the fiberglass i have and do little things that wont cost money.
