i have seen it done before. a few times. look around on the SRT forums. i could be wrong but i think the chassis is very very similar is not exactly the same.

i know you said no honda, but in reality if you want to go fast for cheap thats your best bet. they weight the same as 3 or 4 Campbell's soup cans. there are tons and tons of parts. the problem is when your done it still will sound like a very angry weed-waker.

No really, you guys apparently didn't understand what I was asking. Through all of that, I was wondering if anyone thought the 5 over tickets counted as violations of the vehicle code. The accident, I am pretty sure I was not found at fault. I'm going to the DMV after I am done here at peruzzi.

Soyna, car is looking great. Spoiler did look a little strange to me though.

im sure everyone understood what you were asking. im not sure you understand what we are saying though. Wether or not you could get the waiver or not is immaterial. its the fact that your not ready for it. to quote my favorite movie of all time, Jurassic Park

"Your scientists were so preoccupied with wether or not they could, they never stopped to think if the should"

Thanks for all of your input. We'll see what the DMV says. I rest my case.

Hopefully it does, it's meant to keep the heat insulated, not keep the cold in..so I guess you'll see.

i want to keep heat out. the air coming in depends on the outside conditions so i cant really control that.

I mean it's meant to wrap headers and exhaust to keep the heat in them, it's not meant to wrap something to keep the heat out so to say, but hopefully it'll work.
