In either case, i really dont think it would work, because of the VVT-i something about the intelligence of the ECU constantly reprogramming itself.

 

push button start is really easy to install, if you know what you're doing. Its like wiring up a remote start, but without the brain of the rs unit. The key must be in the ignition and switched to the "on" position for it to work though.

 

yeah i have doubts about that chip and what you said about the ECu makes sense.......

That sucks that the key has to be in lol whats the point its pretty much just for looks then ha ha

 

its so you dont get tendinidis or carpal tunnel syndrome from cranking the engine over lol

im trying to find a pillar tripple gauge pod that is the factory tanish color but all i can find is black does neone know where i can find one in the factory color?

 

I might do the push button start on my tC. I like it, and the cig lighter is great placement. Blue LED illuminated button to go with my dome lights and general blue motif

the chip will trick the ECU into thinking the engine is cold so it dumps more fuel in. IF it works at all the ECU in the car will adjust itself anyways.

hood dampers + good quality carbon hood = ok go!

 

i saw someone crease a stock hood using the tein damper. its takes a little force before they start to close

 

I have Racing Dimension hood dampners on my CF hood, and i wouldnt run the hood without them. the hood flapped less at high speeds wit the struts connected than it did when they were disconnected. Maybe a little reasurance since i dont have hood pins.
