Scioncop,

i was driving over an overpass at looked at my speedpmeter.. it said 48... the speed limit was 45.... i knew there was a speed trap so i didnt go any faster... coming down the hill about 400 feet away a cop reversed and i was turning down the same road and pulled me over and said i was doin 60... i almost missed my turn by the way so maybe the cop figured i tried to avoid him but i honestly didnt... and he didnt use laser on me to get the speedlimit... another was there using the gun.... si idk if i should fight it becasue i really wasnt speeding...

Always contest tickets, when you get there if the cop shows up just plead no contest and they will usually give you some break, but worse case scenario you pay the same fine. Unless you contest it, then they can slap extra charges on it.
