Anyone know of good Toyota/Scion shops in the NYC metro area? I can't seem to find any!

theres no shop thats specifically for toyotas/scions but theres a few in NYC. RTCperformance, Fizz, Rippmods etc.

 

^^i would not trust rippmods with my car ever...they recently tuned my car (had it for a week) told me it was in perfect running condition, absolutly no issues at all, conservative tune...

one week later ...... motor gone....

this happened to many other people also...I would never go there...

 

i know a local guy who is excellent and can do just about any work you need except for tuning...pm me for contact info if interested

I think he's looking for local ... I don't know if the guys at Westbury Scion are doing more than the turbo kits they warranty. I'd ask bluesciontc on here about that.

 

i'm meeting up with my team tonight one of my guys got his turbo tc tuned by some shop in NJ i'll ask where

anybody else gone to Wired Electronics - I have not heard of them before this post. Im not saying that in a bad way ...just havent heard of them.

 

I've heard of them, they are close to my house actually, but I thought they only did stereos and alarms.

i heard of wired a few times but i know a shop Maxinum Autosound n Performance does really good tuning and the owner Rob is very helpful with it comes to performance and tuning....

Anyone in NJ that needs a person to help them out with anything, Let me know. Located in Brick, NJ. Install, engine removal, clutches, rebuilding, anything and everything. Ill be helping Justin (jwaggs) with his Dezod turbo install and a possible engine build. I have a local machine shop that does all my machine work. Im not on here much, but send me a pm or get a hold of Justin. Here's a few pics of my garage. I can post some more pics of my work later on.
