Hey i was wondering if anyone knew a good shop that installs turbo systems on long island. im hoping to purchase my turbo kit by the end of summer and im trying to run around now and get estimates from different shops of how much the install would run me.

 

i dont know any but dont go 2 the ryco 4 in levittown that place blows

 

lol alright i def. wont go there then, i just sent No Limit Motorsports an email to see what they charge for a turbo install. they used to be located in my town but now they moved to a bigger shop in medford.

 

if you wanna travel a little, go to RippMods in Staten Island. They install and tune.

They did my GReddy install and tune. They did Karl's (IceNine) 311 WHP Supercharged tC. They did Gizmo's GReddy tC. They've done Dezod kits and other kits. They know what they're doing and Perry is an awesome tuner.

i just got quoted from a shop


$1000.00 for the turbo install

$275.00 for the Gauges

$350.00 for a DYNO tune

just wondering if u guys think theyre ripping me off big time or what. ireally dont know cause im not too familiar with installation prices for a turbo kit.

 

I do turbo installs on the tC for $800.. Depending on what you want for gauges or where you want them mounted, the price moves from there.... But I am in Connecticut....

hey I use to live on LongIsland.. there was a place that does custom turbo's and racing exhaust. I think its called "Kuchs" or somthing. they were the best for drag racing but not too sure about tuners

Definately go to Munch, he does all my installs, great guy and he knows what he's doing.
