I'm going to shoot for the 21st then... We can go up for a 2 pm meet... I'll see if I can't bring some food (grill some burgers & 'dogs) and we can 'tailgate' before heading into the park...

Let's see how many ppl we can get to join us... like I said, so far I've got 20 free passes to Fright Fest, plus I've got some B.O.G.O. and $7-off coupons... I'd like to get at least 20 Scions up in the parking lot up there...

I would go, but I work weekends at night. I was thinking about taking that day off anyway though since Rich Franklin is fighting. I'll know by the end of this week.

 

Rick, the 21st sounnds great. Just let me/us know if it's DEFINITE. If it is I really have to get my window's tinted. I don't want to be rollin' on a stocker.

I was in last month looking around for the the White xB. Thought I'd be miss the HP too much of the tC, so I'm sticking with her.

I'll take off work if the the 21st sticks.

Rick, only if you have time. If you make quickly made flyers I can hand them out. Theres quite a bunch of Scions parked around the mall.

There's a Silver xA @ 99's / White xB @ Tweeter / FM tC @ Pier 1 Imports / Blue xA @ that pizza place next to Panara / my FM tC @ Friendlys / Red xB & Blue tC always by eachother in mall parkinglot. They MUST work there. That's 7 within 500 feet. Not to mention the Scions that don't work at the mall.

 

...okay... here's the final word...

I have 22 tickets to get into Great Escape...I'll have them available on a "First Come, First Served" basis... so if you're going to join us and want one of the tickets you've got to let me know as soon as possible...

Maybe Scion corporate will get on board & kick in some goodies to give away... we'll see...

...here's what I've worked out so far for the itinerary...

Saturday, October 21
- meet @ New Country Scion/Toyota lot at 11 am
- check out all of the Scions that show up
- have a hot dog/hamburger and some chips while we wait
- drive out @ 1:30 pm for < 30 minute drive to Great Escape & Fright Fest


I just found out FLY 92.3 will be up @ Fright Fest that day for their version of "So You Think You Can Dance?" from 5 -7 pm with a top prize of $1,000 for first place, $350 for second and $100 for third. Who wants to show off their moves ?? They're only taking the first 50 contestants, so we'd better get up there quick...
