ok I just back home from the gym and damn I'm sore. and not the good sore like you get after 8 hours of love making. more like the sore this S_IT is going to hurt like hell tomorrow. and I messed up my foot again. I just had to play 3 games of basketball.

damn you sure did miss a lot . I said I would go down and help with the install. I don't so many springs intalls I can do them with my eyes closed. I walked a few friends on how to do it over the phone ones step by setp. and I was half asleep. lol..

Mac how can you not like that sore? DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) is a high for me when I'm done lifting. Probably cause I'm slightly insane. Any of you got Call of Duty WOW on 360? Need more fools to play wit on Live.

 

i suck playing call of duty...maybe if i was a lil better....i would play live with u terror...lol

 

I like that sorenes too, don't get me wrong. I just really couldn't move my armes earlier. but it was my fault for trying to do arms 2 days in a row.

I would help you out with CoD but i don't have a 360.. yes I know you can all laugh at me now.
