Well heres an idea I was thinking about.. Maybe just host an all scion car show event with a slight twist. It's that time of year so we could make it a benifit for the food bank. A can or box of food or 1.00 to get in or to enter show. All procedes go to the food bank. Deihl host the show with maybe a Dj some food like hot dogs and hamburgs. I dunno just a thought on my part.

Hey everyone!! Did everyone enjoy their Halloween?

 

It was a grueling 8 blocks (2 miles) of walking with 3 girls, my two and a friend, then they had a sleep-over... but I survived....

Went to see the Christmas Show at American Music Theater on Saturday night, was an excellent show, well worth going... and I don't even like Chrismas shows. But this one was top notch, some very good comedy, and an excellent live band... Highly reccomend it.

 

I wanted to go see that actually... how long was the show??

oh, a little over two hours, with a 15 minute intermission. They had some pretty good comedy skits in with the show, the one where they did the 12 days of Christmas was unbelievable and hilarious! The one guy is a superb ventrilloquist, he had his reindeer 'dummy' and had it singing a mile a minute, and his lips do NOT move at all...
Then there was Alvin and the Chipmunks, and the elves.... haha! But I really go to see the band leader who plays the piano like a maestro - He had two awesome solos in this year's show.

btw, anybody here a big Pink Floyd fan? They are having a one-night-only show on Sunday, February 8 with a cover group called the Pink Floyd Experience, complete with the light show and a flying pig. I 'd love to get a group together to go see that, it's only $35...

AMT is getting some fairly big names coming in 2009 - Steve Winwood, REO, The Doobie Brothers, Billy Ray Cyrus...
