dang I missed it. I did wake up with a vertigo attack at about 3:30 so I guess I felt something even if it was literaly in my own head.

We had a "good" earthquake (I say it quotes out of respect for eddie's past!) when I lived in Nashville that woke me up and had me scrambling. noone I knew felt it but me so I figured I was just very sensitive. guess not!

BTW troy, found this bumper sticker at cafepress for you...
jk!

I guess I should've felt it good then since it sounds like you're on the 2nd floor too and less than a block away from me. it must not have lasted too long.

so low down... have you had the wonderfull conversations with the hellam post office about what city to write down for your address? they threw a fit at me when I stopped by and asked. Apparently I'm the idiot out-of-stater who was supposed to know I live in york even though all of the auto-fill forms online say hellam, and it was my fault my checks got lost in the mail for putting hellam, etc . My moving truck couldn't find me because they didn't see a "hellam" exit, only a "hallam" one (or whichever way it is, I don't remember). this is a fun place to live!

So, what did we decide for the 3rd?

yeah, the post office here said I had to put york as my city. I'm guessing they thought it would mean less work for them because my stuff would go to the springettsbury po.

nice robobaboon sticker troy!

random question... anyone have any recommendations for a good tax person who might be able to help with writing off medical expenses? I'm at about 15% of my gross and HRBlock always tells me "too bad." I'm fine with that but I'd like a better conversation about it than just "you should buy a house." I'm sure that's just the way it is, but a second opinion would make me feel better!

sorry to hear that troy. like shawn said, at least it was just the wheel. its a good thing u finally were able to take care of it!

I had the opposite problem at the vw dealer here a few years back... they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on all 4 wheels! i was driving around with my wheels thumping because they were so loose! silly car places.

yeah, silly was just an understatement! The only thing this vw dealer did right was not find the cause of my sudden acceleration. my dealer in chicago found a $1400 part that needed replacing that ended up not solving the problem. grrrr.

troy, will your insurance cover you? i know my policy covers 1k worth of mods but I don't know the small print. they covered my replacement moon when I hit that curb, no questions asked lol
