thanks man..I'm a little upset because I'm in the process of transferring from Camp Lejeune in NC to Westover AFRB for special duty, I dont check in until Tuesday and I'm not sure when their Birthday Ball is...and if there's enough time for me to be able to go...crap.

but for some laughs check out this page, not all people will get them all, it's a Marine thing I guess, but ENJOY!

yeah, thread seems dead. ive had nothing but troubles lately. blown 2 tires, and 1 spare tire... so 3 tires in a span of less than 2 weeks. put on the 15" steelies and winters on the other night in the middle of the night with roman, what a disaster that ended up being. cant wait to take the car off the road for the winter in a few weeks

Haha, sorry, been a rough couple of weeks at work so far. Wanted to go to RI's meet, but couldn't because of stuff going haywire at work.

I was thinking of getting the PAC SWI-PS so I could get my steering wheel controls working on my headunit. If it wasn't for the cold, it'd be a good install meet idea. I still think it's a little sad that I have a degree that covers a bit of electrical engineering, but I haven't done much electrical work in the car, except for the LED swap.

Owww, that's painful. What kind of damage on the two tires? Are the wheels OK?

the two normal tires are done, as is the spare that i was borrowing from miguel at the dealership. the spare wasnt a spare, but rather a 15" wheel and tire. i popped the front passenger side tire on the way back from ny 2 weekends ago, replaced that tire before coming to boston, and then the front driver side tire blew a few days after that, so i had davedave pick up miguels 15" wheel/tire and bring it to me and we put that on. a few days ago, that 15" tire blew and my car was sitting on the ground on the bumper. AAA couldnt do anything since the car was on the ground, so i drove it a half mile or so to a gas station really slowly, as it scraped the ground for part of the way. we got it halfway into the gas station and had to leave it there since it was sitting on the ground, we couldnt jack up the car in the front as a result so we jacked up the middle of the car, drove to weymouth to pick up my set of 15" steelies with winter tires, and then went back to the gas station and swapped out all of them. so now im on my 15" steelies and winters. fun times... we were up til like 4am the other night cuz of all this... the front bumper is a little damaged from everything, and one of the rims is bent, but the car is coming off the road in a few weeks anyways so the bumper will be re-done when the air-ride and everything else is done to it this winter. lets just hope i can make it through the next few weeks

Not racing, off roading. Ease up on the 4 wheeling and mud-bogging Salik.

Racing? Be serious Carlos - it's an xA. What's it have, a Briggs and Stratton 8hp lawnmover engine in it? Granted he does have an intake and exhaust, so my bad, 8.5 hp. The guy on the tractor thingy that dries the track beat him last time we were at NE Dragway...........
