its tough to determine. it depends on if you look at ground clearance or wheel gap. i mean, i dont have wheel gap at all (lowered about 2.75") tucking a little tire. so im not slammed in that sense, but i only have 2" ground clearance so i am slammed in that sense.

someone needs to write an official rule book.

STANLEY! next time you tell me you scrape in your driveway im going to have a heart attack! When i get my car back, i am going directly to your home (so my car will be scrapeless) going in and out of your driveway and then leaving after proving to you your driveway is not scrape worthy

you dont need a spring compressor, especially if he comes to your place to swap them. you can either bolt the top into the car and let the bottom drop out (that will release all of the spring's pressure) or clamp it to a table or just about anything to get it apart.

its not ENTIRELY safe, but ive done it multiple times now without any injuries

You can borrow spring compressors from Autozone with a $50 deposit (fully refunded upon return). It's free and much safer.

Is that what your avatar pic is showing - you being crushed under the car while changing springs?

I have a spring compressor Stan, could take them off for you if you want.
