i used to think clubs are over rated too. until everyone used to ask if i was in nrg and used to say good things about it at shows. i left nrg for a short period, and now im back in it and happy with whats going on. i dont think theres a point in talking negative about it or saying its over rated, look at all that scion has done for us, primarily because we are NRG members too. no other car company or car club gets all this. we got spoiled, and just expected more. what is a car club anyways? its just a group of people who get together and represent... which is what the core group of us do anyways, so whats the point in saying youre not into it or this and that... who cares, dont be a member of the group but the club doesnt do that to other people, they actually try and recruit. whatever though, i think good things are happening now that people are going out to meets and shows, and its only up from here.
