each city doesn't have a "pothole claim dept". i did it for the city of boston.. i filled everything and submitted photos and a year later they wrote back basically asking me to submit everything again.. which i didn't keep anymore after a year.. stupid city of boston...

i have an Oznium Underglow kit that i cant seem to sell because im missing a rear tube but what ill do for locals only (which is REDICULOUS) is ill sell it to anyone here for 100 and ill drive it to you (tomorrow or Wed only) and the best part. when i get my check from school ill give you 50 back! i need this gone and i need money bad, i found out im neg in my back account untill i get my check and i dont want it to build up. so if anyone can help me out or wants a sick underglow kit for dirt cheap let me know. i need it gone. and i dont want to ship it.
