i just got a ticket in the mail, description: "Harsh Noise: Radio" $50, i guess the cop was to lazy to stop me or something, it says that i am a black male, but since the car is my mothers it has her information lol. But my question is that, if i pay this ticket, will it have any negative affect on my license/insurance or my mother's

 

Fight it!! Just say you will turn it down and most likely they will throw it out... plus that is a A$$ thing to right you for by that cop

ya i learned my lesson whispaz, but this ticket is on my mother's license lol, so if she fights it, are they gonna use the first one against her, which was on my license?

 

Dont quote me on it, but i believe it only affects your status if it was a moving violation. Which would include speeding, running a stop sign, unmarked lane chang etc...
