Default 30k maintenance needed

Forgive me if this ends up in the wrong place. This is the first time I've posted to this forum. My 2006 Scion XA is up for its 30K maintenance and my local dealership charges a whoppin' $465 to get it done. I do go to the bay area a lot, so wondering if anyone can recommend a better place to get this maintenance done. I know I could take it somewhere cheaper, a non-dealer, local mechanic, but I want to maintain dealer records, so that if I ever decide to sell it, it will at least show that I maintained it with Toyota certified technicians for at least the first two years. After this though, I'm going with a local mechanic. I couldn't believe how outrageously priced the service here is. I just checked with City Scion in Daly City and their prices are half what I'm paying, but don't know if they're any good. Any recommendations?

Thank you.

you just need oil, tire rotation, check brakes, transmission fluid and change spark plugs. that is it. the rest is just inspections.

yeah dealer prices will be close to the same almost everywhere , in the bay it will probably be more expensive.
