Default Air suspension warning

So It occurred to me last week (while I was working on the filter dryer one of my ship's compressed air systems) that I didn't think I had a filter dryer on my air system. My air compressor was taking longer than normal to fill my tanks on my xB so I decided to take it off and have a look. I figured it was a hose leak. But I found that it was coming from the compressor itself. I found that my compressor had water damage (seals) caused by the air compresser attempting to pump non compresssible water.

So after looking further into the problem, it wasn't the fact that I maybe had run through a puddle, but that the humidity where I live is higher than that of Sactown...

Basically, if you live in a high humidity zone, put a small inline filter dryer after your compressor to dry out the air. I will be installing a small coelscer filter soon when I have the time to install it....The filter should be replaced once a year approx...

I don't think anyone else should have to do this...but it's just a friendly FYI of a problem I had...

Humm water puddle protection is a good idea, water skid plates might be needed.

Use a 1/8" Stainless sheet. This summer I was planning to put a plate on underneath to cover things up.
