hey guys....stop fighting over my headlights....hehe you can do them again.... can i put some HID's in them??? i need more light!!!!

im sure you can put HIDs in them.. safely? maybe but you can though. lol

 

physically you can put in HIDs, but im not sure about the optics of your projectors. Most of the time you should be alright, but its hard to say.

If you want, we can test it with one of my HID bulbs to test the output.

 

Sorry for taking so long to reply... but I Just got back from Cancun!!! Prossibly the best trip i've ever been on... I'm going to make a thread about the trip cause theres SOOOOOOOOOO MANY PICS!, and stories!!! (vERY VERY "INTERESTING ONES") just to start off let me tell you that we had all-expenses paid, and an OPEN-BAR at the Hotel, and all of the Clubs we went to.... :D
I'll prob get around to doing it later on this week cause i'm a little tired right now (i think i got about 8-10 hours of sleep throughout the whole week) :D

Whats all this about fighting over some headlights, them being re-done, and then testing each-others lightbulbs!!!

i'm so bummed...someone told me that i can't have hids in my lights. looks like they'll melt....

i finally washed my car.... AND FOUND MORE SCRATCHES!!! i needs some serious polishing and buffing out. oh, and i ordered honda s2000 7" antenna for my tC. can't wait for it to come

cant wait to see the antenna on there, sorry to hear about the scratches though.

Oh and about the HIDs in those headlights, im not sure if there is truth to the fact of them melting or not, ill try and find out more.

 

WHO'S COMING TODAY TO THE MEET IN CONCORD? i'll be there.... i still didn't get my antena I was hoping to have it for the meet. maybe i'll stop by my house to see if i got any packages before i head over to concord....

Ill be at the meet today in concord, probably will show up early around 5-5:30, don't have much else to do today after work.

 

Use microfiber towels.
Only wash with Car wash soap and water - NO Dishwashing detergant
Use as little force as possible when wiping across your car
Switch to a new microfiber if you drop it on the ground
Vigorously rinse out the microfiber in your wash bucket frequently to get dirt trapped in the surface off

do you really think it's from towels??? i wash them before i use them. i waist $3 to was and dry my 10 microfiber towels...... haha... sh*t. i guess i need to buy new ones.
oh... and i don't use dishwashing detergant i use my tasty body wash.....

 

How do you store them? I mean between washes. Are they just left in your laundry hamper or in a garage? If so they're going to get dust on them (dirt if you're keeping them in the garage) Do you wash them right before you clean your car?


You're kidding right? I hope. A body wash - just isn't going to do the same things as car wash shampoo. I'm no expert on body wash but car washing liquid usually has a lot more lubricating components than any plain old soap.

 

you silly .... i don't use body wash...haha... i have car soap. it's like orange color. i like it..... it gets very soappy..... and yes, i wash my towels right before i wash my car
