Pricing?

i really want to paint my wheels after i lower my SW TC
anyone knows anywhere does wheel paint job?

Wheel Technique is Santa Clara... I think $125/wheel includes fixing curb rashes and painting.
MemoryFab in Union City... $125/wheel also replaces any decals you had on the wheels. They'll paint or powdercoat the wheels.
KwickSilver in South San Francisco... Not sure on prices but I hear they do good work too.

yeah, i watched the video on youtube.
it looks easy, but the problem is i m living in apartment, i need a garage to the paint job.

which one i should get the best, and where i could get the best?

duplicolor has wheel paint and clear coat. But you can also use any type of aerosol paint and clear coat it anyway. Go to stores like Pepboys, Kragen, Autozone, OSH, Home Depot, etc.

 

i m very dumb ___ about paint job.
so first i have to put the clear coat on the wheel first and then put the color i want??

Painting your wheels yourself is not a very good idea unless you REALLY know what you are doing. I would not recommend painting if you are an everyday driver as well. Chips come real fast. Powder coating would be the best bet for you. I offer powdercoat as one of my services as well. Only $200 per set for solid color. PM me for more info. South bay as well.

i seem like figure out what i have to do on it, but i need to do more research before doing it
also i still have to wait til my SW got lowered on this saturday
then i m going starting doing it.

Exactly I meant $200 for the set. Wheel Techniques does a great job but might be a lil expensive for what you want. I am the guy who did all the interior work on Jeff's Matrix so I defiantly know how good they are. If you need any repair I would recommend them as well. If it is just one color for $200 you can get the same job for half the price. Hope I can help.

Damn $200 bucks to get them powder coated thats an awesome deal, how long would you need the wheels for to do this?

 

damn 200 is a good price, im also pretty interested. might be time for me to fix all the curbs on my super 7's.

 

if your good at painting do them yourself Ive done wheels myself and did a good job if not better then the shop without being overpriced .

ive went and bought spraycan ppg paints most paint stores have em and car stores. and a couple of ppg clear coat cans.
