Well this is the last B.E.P event for the year. Lot's of prizes for the raffle, trophies galore, and plenty of fun!! As always this will be a potluck event. So bring goodies all can share. Me and Erika will have sodas and water for everybody to drink. Everyone needs to bring something to eat. I'm sorry if that sounds rude, but I'm tired of some peeps putting the effort of getting food and others mooching. This is the holiday time to SHARE!! Let's make this an event that all can have a great time.

Now as you know the date is a Saturday, so peeps that stay late for the roasting of marshmallows and smores can stay late and not having to worry about work the next day. Also those have a long way to drive can stay the night if they like. Please bring warm clothes for the evening and get ready for a modfest to rememberHope to see everybody here!
