Default (Bay Area) Fix-It Ticket: Need to swap bumers for a few hours (2007 NBM tC)

Hi everyone. I have a 2007 Nautical Blue Metallic tC and I just got a fix-it ticket for not having my front license plate on. I don't want to drill holes in my bumper, so I was wondering if anybody would be willing to swap bumpers with me for a few hours so that I could get the ticket signed off. I'm in San Jose but I would be willing to meet with anybody within a reasonable distance. Please someone help me out with this

zip ties or a license plate relocator that uses the tow hook.

a friend and I actually made a license plate relocator for my bmw out of a bolt and a steel bar.

really simple, get a long bolt from home depot that matches the thread of the cars tow hook. then a length of metal from those erector set style shelves, drill holes in them so the bolt goes through it, and the holes on the license plate meet up with them. and their, you have a license plate re-locator.
