Concord Toyota Scion Event Part 2
Yo Sup all this is gonna be our second Scion Event. We learned allot from our previous event and we want to make this bet
ter for all you Scion owners. I need some good ideas of what you guys and gals want. The weather is real cold right now so I want your input on what you want. I have came up with 2 ideas another car show at out dealership or a Night Club?
More ideas are welcome Plus I want this to be a real F!@#$ big

Outside??? How about Heaters outside?? Hehehe. . . it'll keep us warm! Food!!! Good, quality Food. A definite roll call so that you have enough food to go around? I've been to a couple and always ended up running out of food . .

People will usually come out if you make it a contest - give away a few trophies (nothing fancy - even a plaque is nice)
Have a place for people to sit down and eat if you're going to provide food - preferably inside
Having a DJ is optional but helpful during announcements, raffle drawings, etc.

what day are you going to do this??any ideas as of yet?i think the dealership is allways a good place to host a event with young ones ,plus no trouble or issues with the owners of were we go...

Scion does not want a dealer event... They want to mix it up.
Mike has some ideas and will release what he decides he wants to do soon.
A bunch of dates are being proposed, but until the type of event is locked down the date is still up in the air.

corporate has no say in dealer meets as they don't fund them...

Unless Scion Corp specifically is shelling out $ for this event in addition to or completely Separate from Concord Scion....
Or unless there's a new directive from Scion Corp to all scion dealerships saying "no more dealer shows" or something like that.

dealer ship , food , live music (deejays rock band?) give aways , free car detail day or 1/2 off from a local shop ? , scion clothing give away , gas card give away , BBQ , beer garden for the 21+ , pizza is always good , vendors , show cars on disply @ the dealer ship ....
