Default Do any shops in the bay area resize wheels?

I have a set of wheels that I need to change to a different width. Does anyone know of a place? I called Fix Rim/Wheels America and they didn't know anyone. I tried VR Wheels in SoCal and they didn't know anyone either.

i dont think you can change a width of wheel unles its a 2 or 3 piece. As you can take it apart and just change that section and redo the wheel. But as far as cutting it then add more that kinda crazy,You might be able to slightly change the offset by grinding the rear of the wheel but well good luck.

They are 3-piece wheels so I know it's possible. I heard bad things about Wheel Techniques.

What did you hear about Wheel Techniques? I used them about 3 years ago the my rims turned out great only took them 5 days to do what I needed to be done. Please let us know what has been said bad about them. Maybe the shop is under new ownership?
