Default How much to fix this? Help!

Im trying to buy a 06-07 Scion TC and there's this hole in the seller car's bumper. How much would it be to get it fixed? The damage penetrates through the license plate and to the bumper and i can see what looks like styrofoam behind the bumper shell. Pic is attached

You can probably find a bumper cover at a salvage yard, and maybe even in the color you need. If it needs a new absorber then that would be a little more. Worst case scenario that I can see is a new cover unprimed & unpainted from TRDsparks for 213.70 + shipping, and a new absorber from TRDsparks for $62.76 + shipping. You would of course then need to get the cover primed & painted for a little more coin. Hope that helps.

Oh, and however much DMV is going to charge for a new license plate.

Pretty much summed it up there ^^^ but if you want to be cheap there is place called Levan that sells cheap body parts.Since its the bumper not sure if they use another plastic than oem but maybe see if they have the foam for a bit cheaper..

Where are you located? You can check Craigslist for new OEM Style Body parts. They usually go for $100 or less New.

I've tried a few Taiwanese Bumpers in the past and never had a problem with them.

I personally would just get a new license plate and leave the bumper hole there.
