Cool,
I love that 240, I mean it has everything I could ask for and the owner is asking for every bit of it but it is a clean car, I give him that much, but as any other modified car its eye catcher for cops, and with the swap engine, that means DUNZO if I got pulled over, and yes the smog is going to cost me $350 every couple of years which is not that bad and that is the last thing in my mind, Also the car is modified so I don't know how daily its going to be. But he is the second guy I have been talking to and they both scared of the cops. He is asking 17k, I know, that sounds a little bit high for 97 car but after you see the mod list, you know what he is talking about, I couldn't low ball him less than $16.5k myself !!
ROLEX Didn't we talk about that hood, at Jermey's house
The 350 is very clean and adult driven, I like the car it got the look and its RWD, and the engine already makes good power and with optional turbo, they are making over 400 RWHP with just 6 PSI of boost on 91 gas which is darn good in my book I can have the car for the trade in value of $18k if not less.
So what's going to be

I've been in a 240 and a 350, the 350 is a pretty sweet ride in coparison. the 350 will probably cause you less maintenance issues since it's newer and probably wasn't driven as hard as the 240. It's a toss up, either way, Nissan has built a nice car.
dude the 350's rear suspension has had problem since day 1. unever tire wear. people have gone through 6 sets a year...
there's toe , caster , and camber problems.
get what you like. i drove a 350 and wasnt impressed. it's a heavy car. it's solid but HEAVY

Thank you guys, Yep Test drove a 350 at Roseville Nissan today, very nice car but a tad small for me, I like to have a little more space so I can tilt my seat so 350 is out for sure, so the hunt for clean 240 continues but you won't see me in compton are even if larry zoto says the car is clean, I'll tell you that much
Well the kid called me today, and he has to sell the car and he would take my offer, or I told him $17k if he smog the car, but in the mean time, I found this car around my house, very clean, dark exterior and nice interior +1 and only 145k, and I can have it for $4500 or even less, The cool thing is the car is adult driven car so I know it has not been abused. what do you guys think, I'm thinking about getting this car, its a good daily driver and I can buid it to my spec and liking instead buying someone elses car at full price !!

Thanks Rico, yeah it really got me thinking, also its zenki model headlight (round) which I like it more than kouki (the white care angle) personaly so that is plus aswell !!
If it will save you $13k so you can build it yourself and put that cash into getting exactly what you want I think its worth going that way. Car looks like its in great shape too. Its always good to start with a car thats completely stock so you KNOW all the mods were done right and there were no shortcuts.

i'd rather get a modded car, but that's because I can't really do anything myself to a stock car except break stuff. i like the white one, but the black one has better potential. Plus the black one allows for a better budget with future bathroom remodeling if one chooses that route.

Black is sooo cool....
