Default The Jennifer Strange memorial fund

As you all know by now my sister in law Jennifer Strange tragically passed away on friday. We have set up a memorial fund where 100% of the funds will go directly to her three children ages 10, 3 and 11months to ensure their future. You can go to any Washington Mutual mention the fund and account number 3151089345 to make a donation. Nothing is needed but it is greatly appreciated.
My brother Billy and the whole family thank you for all the kind words and support in this time, they mean the world to us.

Brian Strange

More on the topic. They really knew what was going on and should be charged.

It's more about the families loss that matters than the details that should be focused on I'm a father of two and would be devastated if anything along these lines happened within my family. Let's keep the blame game off this thread for Brian..

Involuntary manslaughter not murder.

i heard the one guy say "They signed releases, we're OK." Like it was nothing. They really should go to jail, just like someone street racing that kills someone, or a drunk driver...I'm sorry to about that Brian.

I blame the radio station as well as Nintendo, the things people do all because game systems choose to be released little by little. Sorry for the lost.

acutally.. Nintendo pushed out alot of consoles without much worry.. it's more Sony that created the big hype... then people acted like sheep and made it a much bigger deal than it should've been... and it spread like wildfire...

the whole mad rush becuase of ebay... making money... crazy people waiting in line to purchase consoles for the sole purpose of selling them to even crazier people..

nothing much to do with the situation at hand, as i'm sure anyone for a contest to win something would be excited and enthused..

it's more the radio station and the disc jockeys that chose to ignore the potential dangers of the contest... release forms or not... it was something that should've never been started.

it was unfortunate that someone very near and dear to the family that had to suffer the consequences.

i can't believe some of the comments i read here. my thought are sure to ruffle some feathers.

first.

i want to express my sympathy for losing a loved one. it is always hard to deal with.
i think we have a great communtiy here and will try to help with anything we are able to do.

second.

i don't think the comaprison above is accurate. it is like street racing and the other car burst into flames and the driver dies. or a drunk driver who crashes into a brick wall and dies. no bystander is involved.

i do not understand why people must try to blame others...

i don't want this to turn into a bashing thread for respect of the family so i will stop here.

may the family heal from this and know peace.
god bless them.

I think a better contest would have been who can hold it the longest with equal amounts, not who could hold the most.
