yea I'm currently talking to newCelica.org guys about the park.
I think there is a chance we might just organize it without any reservation of the park. I talked to the East Bay Regional Park District on reservations but found out it costed some money... but the person said we can do a first come and first serve basis. I just need to make sure it's not reserve during that time.
Okay here is a list of the parks I was thinking to have the meet at... the first two links is located very close to the Oakland Airport.

i'm thinking of doing a check off list type of meet. Where if one spot of the location is taken then we goto the next. We will have probably around 3-4 locations. The Martin Luther King Jr Shoreline Regional Park has a couple locations as you can see on the google maps sat link maps I posted up. now I will need a day to post up the meet. Any idea guys? I do not want to overlap on any of the other meets or events that is going on and it also has to be on a Saturday. From looking at the list of events looks like it going to be the end of June or beginning of July.

Just a reminder that they are planning to close off one deck of the Bay Bridge on certain weekends in June. Might wanna search for exact details on that so everyone has a heads-up.
