Default nooby warranty question- sorry guys

Sorry if this is nooby but I'm gunna ask since I've never purchased a brand new car before.

if i bought the 06, any mods i buy from scion/toyota wont void my warranty right? as long as they install?

so the SC/ intake wony void the warranty? what about a turbo?

thanks again

Anything Toyota puts on for you will be covered, aftermarket parts installed elsewhere they won't honor but for a warranty issue they will have to prove that the aftermarket part caused whatever failure you have..

What he said. As long as you don't do anything ghetto like cut coils you should be fine modding it without worrying about your warranty.

hi there! well.. welcome to the forums. it's okay about it all. well, the answers you seek of are just what other people mentioned. they have to prove the part installed was at fault.

warranty issues fall under the moss-magnussen act which can be found here: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=55338

i'm going to lock this to keep searching easier for others.

if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
