Default One, Two, Two Flat Broken Rims - Ha, Ha, Ha

Hi all,

Well, it turns out that I got two flats tonight - instead of just one like we thought earlier - Watch out for the offramp from 880 South onto 280 N down by santanna row / valley fair.

FU&*@#&*$*&!!!!!!! Two flats!!!!!! And one of the rims is really bent on the lip. The other rim doesn't look bent but it's not holding tire pressure. Me and Trung switched out the front flat which had the really bent rim with the back tire on the badly hit side. The back tire looked fine (which we put on the front) but it seems like it's not holding pressure. It went flat on my way home from Stevens Creek.

Crap. Need a good place for rims and tires. America's Discount Tires?

I don't know what the hell they do on 880, but my wife gets a flat from nails in the roadway about every 6 months on her Jetta. Costco's been good about fixing them for free, hopefully Toyota will be as accommodating when she gets one in the xD.

Thanks Alan, Give me a call when you get in. I'd need you to bring the wheels to my place. Give me a call on my cell. Thanks. I think I will only need to borrow them for a while (I Hope)

Ed~ that sucks. i just got my exhaust done by Gabe and noticed the tire place next to it. My wife met the owner today. Might want to talk to Gabe and see if he knows the owner too. Might be able to hook you up. If not i'm sure you could prabably find a set on here. Also my brother-in-law has a stock set. I'll give him a call and see what he says. If he can part with two till you get them fixed i'll let you know. good luck.

Yeah, I know about Auto Innovations. They're pretty pricey but I hear the quality is really good. They're really good at doing alignments in the south bay and everyone in the south bay goes to them if their cars aren't tracking right.

Heh - I thought you had bitten your freaking tounge in half. I looked over and was expecting to see blood gushing out your mouth and I was thinking - "Dammit - now I need to take Trung to the hospital to get his tounge sewn back on."

If you want some tires I have some kinda worn off tires if you want been sitting in my backyard for a like 6 months or so. If you want it you can have them for free.
