Default Is it possible...a Scion night at Paramount's Great America?

So i have attended scion night at Marine World for each year it has been going on and i know myself and many others love it and look forward to it all year. So i was wondering if anyone knew if starting a scion night at paramount's great america is possible? I know it isn't on marine world's level, but i think it would be a popular event and would draw much business to both scion and paramount's great america. I was there the other day and the place is designed perfectly for a scion night and i believe many would attend because of the big population of scion owners located in or around the bay area. So if anyone knows if it is possible or what is needed to start one, let me know!

Yeah i know, and they have like this court yard area behind the marry-go-round which has cement stage (perfect for a DJ!) and a ton of open area for cars and booths!

Depending on the agreement Scion has with the parks is what we going to get. I enjoyed the last Scion Night... So I dont see a reason for changing the location, but this will be up to the business officials.

I think Marine World provides better logistics for people in SF, Marin, Napa, Sacto and beyond.

to rent out PGA is alot more expensive than Marine world. partly because there are more rides at PGA so the wages of everyone needed at the park is around 10 times what it is at marine world. i think it would be a great place to meet but its expensive and marine world probably has an agreement with scion corp to have their meet there.

I am not complaining.
How nice of Scion to host an event like this and Exprescion and etc. Cannot imagine other car companies getting involved with their car owners this much!!

I would have to say I deffinitely feel safer at Great America....being that they have METAL DETECTORS as you enter the park....LOL. Great America or Ghetto America? Just kidding all, I was just caught off guard when we went....a little shocked. I felt like I was going to court!

I think having an event similar to scion night at PGA is an excellent idea. I mean, i understand the costs would be far greater, but if it were possible, i would definitely be there! I always enjoy meeting up with fellow scionists.

My last post was an attempt at a laugh or two...LOL. Great America is a very nice park! My wife and I have been there a couple times and are going there again this weekend. I think it may be TOO big for a Scion Night or something similar though. There is a lot of room there, that's for sure. I hope my previous post didn't upset anyone. It just surprised me to see that at a 'family oriented' amusement park.

Well i didnt think it was upsetting, but thats me. I do agree with you about how the metal detectors are kinda...scary and make the park look a little less safe. About the amount of room, i dont think there is toooo much room, it is pretty big though. I think that if the same amount of people that attend the scion night at marine world come to GA, the park would be filled enough with many unique scions. Maybe...

PGA would be soooo much easier to get to and less travel time...well, for me at least...haha

plus everyone can hit the theaters (Mercado 20) after the meet....jus an idea...

I guess I see it the other way. The metal detectors will make it safer, it just REMINDS you of the threat. Who knows whats going in/out of the parks without them...

When I worked at PGA years ago, they would have events there and have only half the staff there. To my surprise only half the park was open for a lot of these events. I can see Scion night at PGA with out some of the park. I would prefer all of the park though. I know the passages through the employee area.
