I did call them, and even tried to go through arbitration, but didn't help. Still wouldnt do anything for me. I need a lawyer that will work on the condition of getting paid if the case is won. I cant afford a lawyer any other way

Well that sucks.... I know when I first got my car, the gas struts on my trunk went out like within 3 months, call Scion and complained, they experdited the order at the dealership for me and I got $300 coupon in the end.

If Scion won't do nothing, then declare "lemon" on your car.....but its going to be hard knowing how much engine modification you have on your car now.......it's harder to proof but not impossible. There are always lawyers that may be willing to work conditionally (i.e. not a dime until he wins) well good luck..

sorry i couldn't make it. got stuck in salinas and got back to san jose around 11:15pm. tomorrow's no good either. i work until 10. do the stevens creek meets last until after 10?

 

so is there going to be one this wednesday or next wednesday? The only reason i ask is cuz i will be leaving in two weeks and won't be back for about two months...would like to hang out with everyone as much as possible before then...

that's nice...since it would only be this wednesday and then the wednesday after that....is everyone else down for this? Trust me when i say, it's easier for everyone here to forget me then it is for me to forget all of you. i will never forget anyone i met at those meets. I can't wait to get back and hang out again.
