first and foremost,
squall...thanks so much. i probably wouldn't have had as much fun if it wasn't for you man. you scared the HELL outta me when you were like, "long drive?" hahahaha. i was thinking, "WHO ARE YOU?! HOW DO YOU KNOW ME?!"

second,
the environment was just awesome. you're greeted at the entrance by the Scion Lineup of 2008 and then you walk into the park and geez...SCION NIGHT banners, Scions around the fountain. crazy...

i had fun and i hope everyone else had as much fun as i did.

i don't know if anyone saw me but i was the guy wearing the Philippines Track Jacket. i was the only one...hahaha

ya i think the best part of the show was frontline tho. also, is it just me or do you guys think that most of the people there were non-scion owners? or at least thats how it felt at the show.

yeah, most of the people were people that heard about the concert on the radio, so they went and test-drove scions to watch it. i wouldn't be surprised if scion-owners made up less than half of the people there.

yeah, security claimed it was at maximum capacity, but my friend that was already in there told me there was HECKA empty spots...

they should've set up a que line, so that they could let people in as other people left the "stadium/arena/whatever".

the make up was about 40% in scions 60% not .

so probably 50% were owners and 50% were not.

there were 1,367 scions if i remember the last count correctly

yeah.. that was the count at about 9pm.. by then i doubt that many showed up afterwards...
i know i counted about 705 of them myself anyway and gave tickets to about that many..

yeah.. kinda nice to practically see EVERYONE that entered the park..

it was quite a turnout and a surprising as far as percentage... indeed i could guess about 50% of the people inside the park were non-scion owners..

and i'm just guessing at least over 80% of them really didn't care about scions and/or possibly hated them.. and only showed up because of the concert.

there were at least 5% of non-scion owners that showed up begging for tickets to get in because either they really didn't bother or cared to test-drive the car...
we had to send them away.

and maybe about 10% of them asked for more tickets then they were given.. because yeah.. it's two tix per test drive... and then they showed up expecting to be able to get more...

sorry bud.. it's a private scion event for a reason... you want? you get a scion... you don't wanna pay $20 for parking? you should've gotten or riden in a scion...

hell.. i got my replacement 2006 tC.. 6 DAYS before SNII..

anyway... glad to see everyone, had quite the "weekend" i guess? definitely felt like one, and uhm... see you guys next time? sure..

ya i hope next year its more for scion OWNERS and more for the family. there were some people who just let their 5-7 y/o kids wander around the concert area. WTF is up with that? security had to play babysitter.

We went and had a good time. Although it didn't seem like everyone there was a Scion owner. I missed Squirrel, but did get to see his xB, but my son said he talked to him.

he should've been standing by his car the whole night, along with most other people....

pretty much protecting the cars as best as they can with the crowd that was around there the whole time.
