We already have over 100 cars...so we don't need a central location. Our Exposed has drawn huge numbers up to 700 before. We're hoping for a minimum of 200 cars and a max of ???
My hubby's family is from Elk Grove and the drive isn't too bad...you should try to come up!

Well in the PNW we've gotten hundreds for our Scion Exposed. This is different however. This is an OFFICIAL Guinness World Record attempt. Not just a social gathering (even though we'll have a huge Exposed-like party after the run). So other events can call themselves parades but they can't get into the record books without applying first.
We are the first to attempt the record and I'm sure that SoCal or Texas could easily beat our numbers if they apply as well. It'd be a great "challenge" among different regions in fact.

Hello all,
Good & bad news...
Bad news - Due to construction delays, the Washington State DOT can’t let us use the I-90 corridor because of a contractor which is behind schedule on completing work on the east gate to the express lanes. Until the construction is done, the contractor legally “owns” the road. Due to weather delays because of snow and rain this winter and spring they are behind schedule and are uncertain to finish in time for our event (their current completion date estimate is June 19th). In order to mitigate the risk of not having an event at all because of their delays we have started working with the various state & city agencies to reschedule this event to a time in which we won’t have construction issues. Unfortunately, to find a location long enough for us to permit and close on the same date has proven unsuccessful in all of the surrounding counties.
Good news - We are currently finalizing this event to be rescheduled for late August. The good part about this is that it gives us:
a) Great weather!!!
b) Currently working on a bigger & better event that will knock your socks off!!!
c) Gives us more time to organize greater features!!!
d) Allows for more people to attend!!!
We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard with the various state and city agencies to permit out the new date. More information will come out once those permits are issued.
Everyone who has previously pre-registered will receive an email today regarding these new developments. As soon as the ink is dry on the new event date registrants will receive another email and information will be posted up here. If anyone has any questions, please PM or email me (coreyann@teamascension.org).
Thank you for your understanding!
