Wed Meet ( 5/17/06) - Buca De Beppo - Oakridge Mall - 7 PM
Hi folks,
I would like to put up a nice open meet at Buca De Beppo's in the Oakridge Mall in San Jose at 7 PM. (I may be a little late because of traffic).
For those of you who don't know, Beppo's is a family style southern italian style resturant. Family style means slightly more than enough for 4 normal people, OR just enough for me and maybe Gabe.
So, I'm thinking the one in Oakridge Mall in Southern San Jose. If no one shows, I'll just go there by myself
.
As always, everyone is welcome.
If you're on Atkins, they have a really beautiful chicken caccitore and quite a few fish dishes too.

Buca di Beppo, really! If your all about quantity, not quality then there you go!
I don't even think any Italians even work there.
Sorry to be a buzz kill, but I'm Italian.
I been twice and both times the pasta way over cooked.
I'll be missing this one!

either way.. it is ALOT of food. definitely quantity.. as far as quality? umm.. i liked it (but then i'd eat anything
see everyone tomorrow night!
Sorry, I'm sort of a snob when it comes to Italian food!
My grandma is first gen american and she used to make the best food.
I've only been to the one in SF and it wasn't bad. The group I was with
ordered some crazy stuff (special requests). The meatballs were actually really good.
Each time we would leave with 5+ plates of extra food. The homeless people love hanging
out in front of that place. It sucks lugging that stuff around to all the bars!
Have a good time everyone!
My company (Live2nite.com) is hosting a show (3 rock bands) at the Bottom of the Hill in SF tomorrow night!
