Default What should i do?

Hey i'm trying to decide what to do with my car life over the next few years. Basically i have two options:

1) Keep my scion for as long as i can, trick it out with stuff like body kit, lambo doors, turbo, and bunch of other goodies.

2) Don't do anything at all to it and in around 2 years sell it and buy an arielatom.
www.arielatom.com if you dont know what it is.

if you are trying to keep your car for as long as you can... F/I isnt the way to go.

i say put a sound system, get a K&N air filter, do simple mods if you wanna keep it as long as you can. and then when your "done" you can sell it and still get a good deal since you didnt do hella stuff to it (places pay more for stock stuff). and also you wont lose as much when you trade it in.

Hmm you already got a quote for the Atom? Bc that thing actually cost more than advertised. ArielAtom>60K... I spoked to someone that had wanted to get the Atom... but it was high priced. And now it's using some domestic engine vs the CivicR.

Well i believe your friend got wrong info. 1st atoms can go up to around 90,000, the one i am thinking about is the 290 hp k20 engine atom. With the mods i picked it is right around 49,000. I have never heard of the brammo factory charging more then they quote on there car build up site. The one thing that does suck right now is there is around a 6-8 month waiting list and if you even want to get on that list it costs 15 grand.

If your friend was buying a brand new atom from somone else they could be upping the price because there would be no wait time.

As to the engine type, you can pick either the k20 (its not a civic type r engine thats the k20a3) or a GM ecotec engine. The ecotec produces a tiny bit more HP and a bunch more torque but i think honda>GM and also it can only get like 6500 RPMs before it redlines and the k20 can get 9000.

www.atomclub.com has great forums about this stuff.
