Ok I have two cars plus mine for the drive down. Lets get this set up. Plus we need to pick a spot for our roll in on sat. As far as departure time I am open but would like to see at least 10 or more per group.

 

Tim, I am going to say 7 because I am taking the Fam with me on this one.

 

Well, after talking with EvilDave and Gabe and a few others it looks like we are going to try for a 6pm start time. Stopping at the gas station on the 152 / I5 to meet up with anyone coming from the Tracey area. From there we leave around 7....I hope. This may change just a little because we are working with peoples schedules for work here.

I will have to make sure that I leave the shop at 5 on the dot so that we can have a good departure time, traffic through San Jose/morgan Hill/Gilroy on the 101 is not going to be fun.

That all depends on traffic. If we are lucky we will make it late on Saturday morning

 

Yeah i agree it really depends on traffic. I am going to get batteries for the walkie talkies this weekend. If you have any radios with you, please bring them.

I'll have a hotel close to the even, not cheap though. I'm working on finding some place close to there or at the hotel for us all to meet up the next morning. More will be posted soon.

 

hey tim i, the hotel that we are staying at is about 30 mins from the show, and close to where evil dave stays too. Gabe is staying here also. It is the extended stay hotel in Northridge. Their number is 818-734-1787 hope this helps . :D
They also have a big well lite parking lot.

Ok we have got the hotel to give us a rate of $115 for 2 double beds or 105 for a queen these are mini suites with fride, microwave and stoves.
if you call to make a resvp with them tell them your with the "car show" that way they know to give you our rate. they have a limited number of rooms. Their number is 818-734-1787
