Does anyone know know where I can get a good deal on a car alarm/installation in the bay area? Preferably East Bay, and preferably Contra Costa County, but if the deal is good enough I'll go anywhere in the bay area.

So far besides the usual suspects (best buy, fry's, circuit city) I've looked at Custom Car Alarms out in Pleasant Hill and a few private installers off of craigslist.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Yeah, I got it done by Custom Car Alarms last week. Decent deal and good installation.

 

How much was it at Custom Car Alarms and what alarm?

 

Clifford Matrix 12.5x with a DEI glass break sensor.
$400 installed.

 

They did an install of the matrix 50.5x for me in my first scion, I was very pleased with quality of work and professionalism. As well as price after install.. they do great work.

They also did the removal of the entire security system for me when I swtiched to another vehicle.

I have the alarm system with all wiring, warranty, manual, in box for sale if someone is interested. It's relevant to this topic, but I'll also post in sales.
