Default *Updated w/ venue* January 6th... P-town/vantucky stuffs

So jan 6th is gonna be a little bit of a day down here.

What: 2nd Team Ascension Meet
When: 5 PM
where: Steakburger Golf-O-Rama
Why: planning for the future both near and far

What: My house warming party
When: Scheduled for 9 but will prolly start right after the TA meet
Where: my new condo (if you cant make the meet PM for address)
Why: ____ off the neighbors... being young is fun

again anyone in the area who is interested is invited to attend the Team Ascension Meet. A few people from up north are going to be here (including the leadership peoples from up there). it will be a sit down casual sorta meet as we are going to be doing some serious brainstorming about the coming year. also a few other surprises . i will update with venue when it is decided.

my housewarming party is the same way. anyone who just wants to hang out and toss a few back and hang out you are welcome. it will be BYOB though. we will prolly start it after the meet and a few other of my friends will prolly arrive around 8 or 9 ish. if you want to attend please gimme a pm telling me yes, no, maybe and if you plan to bring a guest. that way i can get a decent idea of how much snack type foods to buy. hope to see you all there.

I know I'll be there for the 6th meeting. Depending on my date, I may hang out for a few afterwards.

I'll be like a leech that weekend as I'm coming down early and staying late.

I claim the pull out couch... that thing is comfy.

Will there be alcohol, balloons, or a parrot suit available at the housewarming?

the alcohol will be BYOB... the idea of balloons is being addressed and if i have enough of the forementioned substances there is a decent chance of the parrot suit coming out. as far as boozing is concerned at this event... we have a couch, a hide-a-bed (that i believe is called by dustin already), 2 recliners, 2 air matresses, and a about 1100 sq ft. we can accomodate you.

So is this in place of the normal meet n greet, or is it right before? Eric good luck on the new club I'm sure you'll do a great job!

doug, brad and who ever else... you guys are all totally welcome at my house anytime... come on down and partywith us... cause hey... a party isnt really about the event... its about the people who show up. the more the merrier. as far as zachs question... we are just doing the team ascension meets an hour before the regular m&g's... that way we can handle team stuffs before everyone else shows up... this way we have our time and we still contribute to the rest of the scion community. i will say it for the 50th time... you are all welcome at our events... and we will still come to all of yours if you dont mind.

Yuppers...

Got the back seats I bought from Shawn installed yesterday (finally). I had ChemDry come out and clean and protect them prior to me installing then. Weather providing, I should get the front seats installed along with the headrest monitors today.

I also stopped at a couple upholstery shops yesterday (while I was x-mas shopping) to see what the cost of a matching headliner will run me. Neither of the shops gave me a "rosy" "No problem" feeling. One shop was concerned about glue bleed-through on the material and the other was more concerned with keeping a straight line with the stripes (how stretchy the material is). I guess I'll keep hitting up shops until I find one that is gives me that "rosy".

At any rate....After today, I may proudly park next to Erik and his styling seats. If someone has not seen his seats... You should really take a sneeky peek... Sweetness.

OH... Bumpity bump
