Hopefully you've called your Ins they will track him down because they don't want to pay for repairs they will go after him. Sorry that happened though. Good luck.

Yeah I loved it when you put it on club xB. SO I took it and you can't have it back. Nope it's mine now and I will defend it Yeah really it's pretty cool. You did a few others I liked too as I remember.

First of all...Justin - I'm so sorry that this happened.

Secondly - go DEMAND that the police investigate it as a hit-n-run. Oftentimes, they are reluctant to do so in things like this cuz it means more paperwork. Ask Kelly (Shawn/ratcityrain's gf) as she was rear-ended by an Escalade at 60+mph and when they pulled over he took off.

She gave chase (safely mind you) while on the phone with 911. When the police were close she was advised to back off then they pulled him over. She had to fight to have him charged even though he admitted it to the cop.

Third - if you want to plate search someone...I can do it for $40. I've done it several times on people. Let me know.

Fourth - don't take the insurance hit for this! It was this other guy's fault. Chances are he's probably over on one of the bases and someone'll spot him!

Crazy drivers, the other guy has a decent newer car you would think he would want his car fixed too unless he doesn’t have insurance.

Hit and run is a felony if convicted. I think your insurance will put this under the uninsured/under insured motorist section it should not count against you.

Good luck!

Thanks every one for all the support. BRAD I am looking in to the whole after market replacement parts. the dealership wants 334.14 per stock wheel.

So I found a set of fenders X1 style for 150.00 for 2
stock fender from dealership 219.18 for 1

I am looking in to body kits

I figure I might have to throw 350. the way of the body shop but for new wheels, fenders, bodykit, and painted you can't go wrong.

You always have to find the good with the bad or life is just going to suck.

^check the classifieds for stock wheels, people are always sell them off cheap!, and sponsored sales for body parts...might help save some $$...

Well I just have to say the SPD really sucks I did 2 days in jail and a big ___ fine for driving on a suspended license. in Idaho, and here in Seattle you and do a hit and run and not even get a ticket.

Yes I found the SOB I went and got the police report that had his name, (THOMAS C ANNANIE) I paid 60 bucks and found his other address the cops DIDN'T have and all of his information including his filing for Chapter 13 in New Hampshire. So I went to the address and found the car sitting right out in the open damage to the road. So instead of doing what I wanted to do I called the cops they came and told me in a nut shell they are NOT GOING TO DO A DAMN THING
He lives in West Seattle just like I thought. right behind the safe way on admiral way.

I will keep you all posted if in the unlikely event the cops do, do something, or if I can find a good lawyer that will help me make him file for bankruptcy again

wtf? How can the cops justify not doing anything? Did they tell you you have no proof or something?
