Steve the Scions do indeed have permission from the owners of the lot to be there for the meets,TA Board members actually worked hard along with Tomas to get this permission,and even relayed it to the Tacoma police Chief that is in charge of that area that we have permission,there were agreed etiquetes that we agreed to and one was to leave the lot clean as we found it and no loud music and no racing or burnouts,all of the above we have followed since day one.

Now I am sure whoever you spoke to did not have any idea that we have this agreement or idea who you were in regards to the Meet group as you were not on the contact list for the meet.

We have for months at about 9pm had runoffs from the Krispy Kreme Ricer groups invade,speed through,bump the tunes,burnouts,trash and on and on.The police area aware that patrol the lot that there are two separate groups,the Scions and the Others.

We have all made it a leave and goto dinner once they start to arrive as it shows them one how to leave a location respectfully,and two keeps us uninvolved with them as we do not wish to be involved with them.

Moving the meet had been discussed in great lengths during the Fall but was decided that it led to confusion for new people finding others and was decided to remain.

It is great that you want to participate and have gotten dealership sponsership for attendees to enjoy and have something to be able to do,but the meet will still remain for the people that are new to be able to find locals and for the rest to have a place to meetup and go out to dinner or drinks after or what ever else,many times that includes going home to relax.

It is amazing how many love to stir up drama and Steve you are not one of those,you are one of those people who understands what Scions and the people area about,getting together and having fun.......and are much appreciated for this.

I for one am not heading to Puyallup Friday night.......been sick for a week,wife and kid are sick and jsut don't feel like driving over and staying out late,got modding to the car to do Saturday morning for BoB and time is running out for me.So I am just going out to dinner local so I can get home sooner.

Shame really cause last month was a blast and made for a Homerun to top off a great meet.

There really is no leadership for the meets,and none is needed,they are ran by those that show up and that is it,keeping it simple is the best way to keep it simple.

A great suggestion for a Puyallup meet would be on the 4th Friday,same night as Marysville,it would flourish as I know short of me and one or two others that have attended it from the south there is nothing for southenders to do that week,gas is too expensive for us to drive north every month,even I can only afford to do it a couple times a year.

I am sure tomorrow night will be a great meet in Tacoma and in Puyallup,gonna be lots of people at both.What is needed is for people to learn to listen,the answer to all of this was presented days ago and no one listened,it got every friggen Mod in the area involved and 99% of it deleted over the fact that people take drama and run with it on here.There is a differance between silly humor and drama and perhaps many cannot find it.....

Geez you should of been on here when I announced I resigned from TA.......it went on for days.......and the only reason I announced it was I was one of 4 in leadership left on the team and the only one left in the State.....I just wanted people to have a clear understanding of why as I knew if I did not let people know the rumors would flourish as they do when adults behave like bad children........lol
