im confused this event is for this year right?? cuz the last line says tickets will be mailed out this year. ??? I will pay in person at the car wash I attend on September 17th i believe the date is.

well we're tryin to snaz things up a bit and make up some sort of ticket for people to have... instead of having a "you paid/you owe" list at the door
so even if you pay in person you may be asked for a mailing addy so we can get you the actual ticket to be redeemed at the door
