GAH!!! You had to try and drop 20 in two weeks?? As a trainer I would have to say it's unhealthy to lose that much that quick! But meh, it's the army.

oh no no they didn't say I had to do it in 2 weeks. I have just been doing it to get myself to a place that I can enlist quickly, I guess it's been about 3 weeks now but I'm having a ball.

As to why I decided to give the military thing another try, I don't think this is really the place for me to explain all my reasons, but I have several.

great to see ya dropped the pounds. From my experience, dropping 100 was easy. it's when you try to fine tune and drop those last 10-20 that are a pain. Good luck with that! are you doing some kind of crazy military drills to get the pounds off? I'd like to see what kind of **** kicking the military can give. I want some ideas for clients that think they are the "ish". I had a guy that thought he was tough crap do 20 push ups on a medicine ball and he almost puked! love it!

Erik knows all the army secrets and I cut all junk food and sugars and processed crap out of my diet, not only have I lost weight I feel way better and now the thought of a cany bar actually makes my tummy feel all ookie, blech. I've also been hitting the gym daily. I feel better both inside AND outside.
