I need a 50% deposit to lock in the date & time, you can pm me for paypal info.. need 10+ to reserve, once i get 10+ i'll make the reservations and update the track as more people join in.

there are some rules for minors so please check out the site to find out what those are and what you need to do for them.

per the RSVP contract i have to submit:

• If event is cancelled 15 days or more prior to the event date, Pacific Grand Prix will refund the full amount via the original method of payment.
• If cancelled less than 15 days prior to event, Pacific Grand Prix will refund only in the form of Pacific Grand Prix credit to be used within 6 months.
• If cancelled with 72 hours of event, entire deposit will be forfeited.
• Your party must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the actual start time. Late arrivals will forfeit their missed track time.

I will have to abide by the same refund rules if you back out or no show, i've been burned a few times on fronting deposits to secure things like this then have a ton of no show's

I might do this as I am planning on the AutoCon in Kent the same day. Rough estimate on numbers going so far?

 

right now about 11-12... hopefully as it gets closer more will join in

if your pretty sure your in.. let me know.. so i can have a head count to let the place know how many in our group... especially since they have autocon going on next door they may have more drop ins than normal. but if in my group we're guaranteed a spot over drop ins

we're close to 20... but will need a relativly firm head count by aut 23...

if we show up w/more than 20 thats fine... but the max racers on the course @ one time is 20... so if show up w/30.. it will be split 15/15 etc...

bump reminder this sat.... rain/shine... and they do have some rules. closed toed shoes (no flipflops/sandles) long sleeve shirt required, long pants recomended, long hair secured. check the link for more rules.
