Yeah if it is still closed by friday night we all should plan a trip north to the one there...........may not get to be in a car show per say...........but at least the toys can still get to children that need...........plus we all are used to sitting in a parking lot and hanging out anyway..........

 

UPDATE

I went to town, they are paving where the freeway washed out, but it is still underwater in some parts. They are going to try to break the dike that his holding it in, but with that being broken it's apparently going to reflood some parts of the town. This is a cluster f--- beyond anything I've ever seen. As I get information I will update.

I can get everyone around the area that is closed. Just PM me your cell of if you have mine feel free to share it. Just give me a call before you leave so I know to be awake, and I can meet everyone off the freeway and get you back on.

so are we all still going to go or what??? and is that a forsure that there is going to be a part of the I5 open for us to go threw it??? if so like i said before will you might see if you can meet us at that park and ride and we just follow you.

 

Even if the 5 is not open, Will can still get everyone around the mess. I say everyone still meet up and Will will be your guide

Just a heads up, I talked to state patrol today and they said that for the first 24 hours or so the lane of I5 will be for emergency vehicles and parishable cargo loads only, No civilian traffic. They say if every thing goes smoothly it should be open to regular traffic by saturday morning but i would play it safe and plan on meeting up with Will.
