Just got home!
A HUGE thank you to Matt, Cynce, Beaverton Scion, NOS and everone else involved with the show. I don't think a show of this style has been pulled off this smoothly in the NW in a long time.
I can't wait till next year!

Wow - no need for drama and name calling.
Judging was done on an NCCA points scale by Beaverton Scion & Race Designs. Totals were tallied accordingly and trophies were awarded to vehicles who earned the most points in their respective category. Teske Design (including myself) had absolutely no input when it came to judging other than adding up points announcing the winners. Judging is subjective - what one judge might think is awesome, another may not.
The ultimate point of the show (CHARITY!!!) was accomplished. There will always be people at every show who might be unhappy with decisions - but that's just something that happens. There's always another show to go to.
As for parents buying mods on cars - I am not aware of ANY cars at the show yesterday that had mod financed by parents - especially the Scions.
In my mind, the show was a huge success - money was raised and toys were given to needy children.
If you have ANY questions, concerns or comments about the show itself, the judging, or ANYTHING else - you can send those DIRECTLY to Matt or myself at info@teskedesign.com

umm maybe people took my posts about the whole parent buying mods wrong. let me explain. the post was more of a if they created that catagory next year and luck would have it that some kid or kids in the bracket would show up with show winner cars funded by parants. was not saying anyone at the show yesterday had anything like that. my post was ment to be on the funny side of bad luck.
Ok every one...I am officially breaking the tension!
Now that all has been cleared up by all parties....
Back to the discussion of the wonderful time that was had by ALL yesterday.
Now where are those pics!

Congrats to Cynce and everyone involved in putting on what looks like a great event. Great turnout and looks like you collected a ton for needy kids, well done!
Congrats to all the winners!
Now that all of our baby classes are over hopefully CoreyAnn and I can make it out to some events before the baby gets here in February.
I defiantly hope this turns into an annual event and I look forward to attending next year!
Thanks everyone for the pics!
