I'll be there!!! I'm excited, my first car show!

hey i think we need to have something posted or started, about what time everyone is leaveing so that some can caravan down togather.

 

Well if I leave sat, I will be leaving here around 630am in Bellevue in attempt to be down there by 930am.

I am possibly thinking about looking at hotels and coming down there for the weekend so that is another option for me.

 

Started the OFFICIAL meet up thread - check the forum! So meeting up prior to the show can be discussed there. :D

 

I'm going to try to make it there. Hopefully I'll have my wheels for my Yaris by then.

 

Once you know for sure if you'll be attending, please send a pre-registration email so we can keep an accurate count of how many cars to expect

If I have this right if someone already pre-registers and later on decides they don't want to enter there car in for this event, do they need to cancel there pre-registration even though they will be attending the event?

 

Its not required, but I'd like them to since the whole purpose of the list is for us to anticipate how many cars are actually showing.

 

We would hope no one would cancel their registration for the event. However, if you do, we do need to know in advance...as Matt is working extremely hard on the layout so that we can make this an excellent event. Not to mention it is just plain rude.

Looking forward to meeting all of you. If this event is a success, we will be doing plenty more going forward. Thanks to Matt and Cynce we have tons of great stuff to give away.

 

I'm going to try to make it over to check out the cars, not planning to enter, but will have camera in hand to take pics.
